Serenity Care and Life Skills Services LLC offers five core programs: Brain Injury support, Intellectual/Developmental Disability support, Habilitation (HAB) services, Health and Disability (HD) services, and Supervised Group Living (SGL). All are aligned with the individual's Person-Centered Service Plan.

We accept Brain Injury, Elderly, Health and Disability, Intellectual Disability, and Habilitation waivers. For Medicaid MCOs, we work with AmeriGroup Iowa, Total Care, Molina Healthcare, and county funding sources. Private pay options are also available.

You can apply online through our "Contact Us" form or call us. After you submit documentation, our intake coordinator will schedule an interview. A written admission decision is provided within 7 business days of that meeting.

At this time, Serenity Care and Life Skills Services LLC does not offer therapeutic host home placement. Our current residential support is provided through Supervised Group Living (SGL). Please contact us to discuss the most appropriate setting for your needs.

Yes. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, passing all required background checks, holding a valid Iowa driver's license, and having reliable transportation. Please reach out through our "Contact Us" form to apply.
